Can't tell it's fur, just looks like spots...might be better with a high res version.
Clever, but i agree with CMYK.
Maybe if you give the fish' edges some more fur (with smudgetool), it'll look more than just a fish with spots. Also, make it some lighter so it's better visible what we should see. Good luck!
