you got your light streak backwards, the streak is supposed to be white, or white with slight color, and the glow is supposed to be your color or choice...
Clouds could be less opaque, but not bad...
neat image
I'm not too keen on the outer glow, but it's a very nice image.
The edges are a bit too sharp; they could be blended better
