I had already started it ...anyways 
i know your work and is very very good, this one is wonderful what i have to say is that the globe looks a bit flat in front side i think u should make Gaussian blur to that lines inside it, my umbel opinion, ps : i love your work

That are some pretty fingernails! Great idea to add the flag colours and a very good job with the globe and the reflections of the hand. Good luck!
