I used the pen tool to take the wind mill out. then i used the pen tool to make the windmill look like it was behind the more modern one. then i used hue/saturation to get the sky to match the windmill better, and i used levels to color correct a bit. also clone stamped some pieces out, added some blur, then one last levels to get the colors to match and not look as dark

Nice idea mate, little bit lazy perhaps not cutting the squares from the rotators, but good job otherwise. Whats that in the sky ?
