You should make the background looking liek a drawing to match your composition, some filters curves should do it. Otherwise it looks like copy paste.

Thanks I tried doing a little around whale to make it look like movement I don't have filter for that

You have the 'motion blur' for movement, as a tool, and you could paint some waves around it.

interesting image author. things that may help you in your future entries : (if your using photoshop) the DODGE and BURN TOOLs they will help give your image a more 3D look. these tools will also help you with shadows. explore tutorials relating to MOTION BLUR/. Having a light source.. a light direction and shadows will help you impove in the future... GL NOTE me if you can not find these in your PHOTOSHOP program and i will tell you where to find.
