Creating a convinging fire with photoshop is not easy. You did reasonably well. The smoke looks good. I should have opted for one or two large parts instead of several small patches of fire. Good work on the lights.

There should be tutorials on the net to help you make realistic fire or maybe if you can find some fire source- pics to blend in. I think it would look bette without no light in the main building but more on the left one. The fire-crew is well blended.
