I made this picture with out using any other pictures
Step-By-Step:
1. liquified the lips
2. selected them using quick mask
3. changed color (image>adjustments>hue saturation)
4. used the elliptical selection tool and used the paint bucket tool to fill it in (for the eyes)
5. the eyelashes are brushes I downloaded (5 years and 3682 days ago)
