I don't think there's any direct copyright infringement. This seems more like a parody. The name "Daily Planet" is used by many tabloids just like "The Daily News" or "The Tribune". Adding the reflection helps but the flying guy's reflection looks a little large.

I agree with the reflection - but the tree reflection on the original image looks overly large as well - down to the angle of the tiles I think, which is why I made UMs reflection so large! Thanks for all the feedback - any and all welcomed (and I'll definitely reconsider his reflection size if pushed!).
