Doesnt look really realistic.. and you can see you've just copy-pasted the boxes and bottles.. need some work ..
If you look boxes were re constructed and some of the fruit the original picture is just as you see it in the step by step and the source and ya bottles were cut and pasted but had to do some work on them Thank You for your comment
It looks very 2-dimentional. Some shadows would have helped.
