A never-ending life of a fire hydrant. Never appreciated except by anyone, except for the random four-legged variety.
Constructive criticism is always welcome but if you do decide to give "constructive" criticism, make sure it's CONSTRUCTIVE! In other words, give me some suggestions on HOW to improve it. :-)
EDIT: I have re-sized the dog and attempted a mask (didn't work out like excepted) but I think it's an improvement. Feel free to make some additional suggestions as far as improvement. I feel it's still needs help and not sure now to improve. (5 years and 3622 days ago)
- 1: Pissing dog
- 2: fire hydrant
Dog leg is too close from that hydrant, he will be hurt You should study in detail how far is the leg of a dog from the object work when he piss. Cannot be more constructive than that. Good luck, excellent idea.
Nice job, but try to get more of the texture of the original hydrant...there's a way to do this if you know it...
nice work looks like my pitbull
Billybob: thanks for yur criticism. Easy fix. CMYK, THAT'S my main issue, the masking issue. Any tut you can direct me to to make it look like the original hydrant with the texture would be greatly appreciated. Thanks buddy. Shipleygirl, thanks for the comment, not too helpful but still thanks.
Hmmm great idea and very nice work...about that texture...play with bevel and emboss little...load all default photoshop textures and down scale...maybe u will find something that can improve your work...and yes maybe to move the dog a bit further bacause now look like he scratch his groins at the hydrant...
i was thinking the same but if you see my SBS, the damn dog was pissing behind a pole and it's kind of hard to remove it and the fire hydrant ws supposed to work. I guess I'll play with is some more. . I'll try the bevel and emboss idea and see if that doesn't improve it. Thanks 4 your help
OK , resized the dog again. Placed around with Bevel/emboss and some inner shadow as well. I think that really helped. Also added some noise with dust and scratches and just faded some of it out. Thanks for all the help but personally, I'm starting to get sick to death of looking at the effing fire hydrant.
Edit : IMO look much, much better now after all the improvements. And I appriciate author's effort who was forced to play so many hours with the balls of a dog.
Howdie stranger!
