This is a very nostalgic peice (showing my age). I'd recommend making a layer with one laser and then duplicating that layer so they are all uniform. Then change the color and angle of each one. Also, you might try adding an outer glow and a little bit of noise to your lasers for a touch more realism. Finally, the dancers shadow makes him look two dimensional. Try blurring the shadow a bit.
