maybe if you added lighting effects to make the women stand out more.
Try and remove the scratches off the women layered in from the past and add a gausian blur to make them match their surroundings a little better.
I'll got some extra points for restoring the stock, jawshoeswhah?
I hadn't meant to take part in the photo restoration contest! I'll see about it

I think it's okay now. Added some light, made some corrections to the ladies and blurred them a little.
