Wonderful photo and colouring, but you didn't fix the cracks, nor the grainyness... Fix that and it'll be great
Yes, removing the cracks & blotches, and fixing the color on the top edge of the hair will improve this...
I'm not sure why you didn't take the advice of other artists. Fixing those scratches would not have been hard. I think her face is too orange.
