There are some good elements to this piece, but the lighting on the woman doesnt match the room, and the water droplets look a little out of place imo.

Good work with the writing on the window, it was eyecatching, only problem is the girl for me, she doesn't look wet, maybe use the liquify tool or something on her hair, hair gets darker when wet so maybe play with the burn tool as well. Also where the water hits her face, maybe you could find a picture of water splashing just so its not going straight down goodluck.
