A bit of a play on words with this one. The first thing I thought of when I saw the camel was Camel Cigarettes.
So maybe this is what happens when you smoke too many of them.

I'm sorry that I didn't come back to this entry to make my comment more clear (I don't know how I can track my comments). I said that because in the high resolution I can see the neck is not really blended with the clothes (maybe using the smaller smudge and adding some shadows for the hairs will looked better). I like your work, so I wanna see the smallest details for commenting. I'm sorry if it made you upset (I'm trying to use proper English, so please forgive me if I made you misunderstand). PS: Can I try improving your work? I'll demonstrate what I said.
