Very cute with an appropriately fantastical fairy feel. The far hand seems weird, however (delete thumb and add finger?). Also, the wings seem to face a different direction than the boy is. I think a line connecting the wing tops should be parallel to his shoulders.

thanks for the comments - I've worked on his right hand, ended up using his actual right hand, copied the middle finger to take the place of the curved one, and deleted the thumb. also worked with the wings a bit, but I think they need to be right along his back, kind of like the butterfly they were naturally attached to.
