Yep, I'm sorry to say it, but CMYK is completely right about the shades...

The idea is good, but I think you should get rid of the glasses, they are a little out of porportion and have some blurry edges.

not bad but a bit messy and the glasses really should not be there (how is it possible to wear glasses if we don't have any ear)

You should just remove the glasses entirely. It still looks odd with them, especially considering that he has no nose or ears to rest them on. It's an alright concept but, again, you really need to clean up the teeth area.

Glad you replaced the shades. Don't worry, eveyone has had to replace a copy-righted source sooner or later.
