Ah, just one thing: I don't know if it's relevant, but you left a shadow on the 2nd. hook, and it comes from the glasses frame...
Author, the skin area on the left of the face seems to be distorted too much, so the skin surface is much different from the rest. I suggest you to clone some original skin to this area, it will be more convincing. Aside from that, I agree with all previous comments, good luck
