Where's the waterline?

If something is floating in water, the line where the object intersects with the water is called the waterline, and is usually very obvious. Here, it's not. The angle of the object in the water seems odd as well...it seems like it should rotate about 10 degrees clockwise.
Great looking image, gotta agree with bob though, hard to know if its floating in the air or water. good luck
