I have some suggestions: (1) the clouds seem so noisy, maybe adding more grain on the dragon will normalize that. (2) the chains near the clouds were distorted too much, they looked flat. (3) the chain under the neck should be darker. These are all I can find. The other things are the same as the previous comments. Love your idea

Good idea, but the chains leading upwards make no sense.
Still like the idea, though.
Edit: OK, I guess they don't need to make sense.
