Very good using of dodge and burn tool to create the shape of the dog...But in high resolution there is few hard edges issues,especially around the eyes,mouth and the nose.Use smudge tool or blur tool,but just a little bit to make those areas a bit softer...Good luck author

nice idea, but I think you would ge a better result if you use a displacement map and a layer mask. aah before that you can use a clipping mask. so you wont have problem with edges. just my opinion. good luck.
