Cool concept that actually works best if the tower looks like it's leaning backwards.
You need to change the colour of the ocean with this sky above it
I would suggest a ocean image with lots of contrast and highlights to fit the sky and mood.

Nice blend of images. The rain effect is not consistent with the breaking waves. They should be both blurred , or both frozen in time.
