Restore the whiskers, fix the repetitive cloning on the beach, and soften the edges on the head, and you'll have a nice image. Good luck.

update: @ cmyk, fixed the whiskers, repetitive cloning and edges
to the right of the seal the ocean meets the sand that area is messed up. the lighting on the ball is top left and on the seal in his face (coming from the right) yet you show the sun peaking out from behind the rock. good luck author!
