I decided not to let the fairy be lonely, so I gave her a friend. :)
The tutorial for this was done very well. It was easy to understand and follow.
I used the Smudge, Warp, and Transform tools quite a bit, along with some shapes and brushes. I also used the Dodge/Burn tools a lot. (5 years and 3569 days ago)
