Idea is ok, but in case you want to replace this symbol with the source image, you may want to give this new symbol also some depth and a same greenish structure. Also, a bit of cleanup around the symbol only makes this entry better. Good luck!

wazowski and itsdesign are right on. And why not use Prince's previous name or some other (vaguely) recognizable symbol and come up with a slightly explanatory title to make this seem less random?
