pen tool, copy paste,add shadow to the lizard, changed color with hue saturation, little brightness and contrast, did the same with the dragonfly, blurred the lizard just like the image so it fits in more, then expand the image, duplicate the image and transformed it vertical, dropped the opacity, and blurred it and add a glass filter to it (5 years and 3481 days ago)

Why blur parts of the lizard when everything else in that part of the picture plane is in sharp focus?
