Thanks CMYK! I didn't follow a tutorial for the rain but I can sure explain how I did it. I made a new layer filled it with 50% gray. Added noise and then did a motion blur on it. Set the layer mode to screen and then adjusted the levels to my liking. I then duplicated the layer and transformed it to make different layers or distances between the rain. For the drips, I painted with a white brush where I wanted them and then used the smudge tool to transform it the way I wanted. Then I added a bevel from the layer options, and adjusted the opacity. For the splashes of water I made a custom brush and clicked for each little splash. I hope this clears up some of the things I did, if I have time I will make a tutorial on how to do rain with pictures and descriptions.

Thats funny CMYK! I saw you post this tutorial on another entry a little earlier. I immediately went and watched the whole video. It goes to show how many different ways there are to do things in photoshop. I did learn some new things in the video, thanks for sharing.

I would personally lose the ring - it's distracting in this context. Anyway, high mark from me.

I like where you went with this but I feel the head needs a touch more colour adjustment to blend into the stock image you used... and I agree the ring is a little distracting and could be used elsewhere in the image, but it's up to you!?!... good luck though
