There is a movie and a book called "The Ransom of Red Chief." It is very funny. The book and the movie are a little different, of course. But this image reminds me of that. I think that I saw/read it in 6th grade.

very good however, i can't help but think i am the only one who struggled to actualy figure out what it was saying in the distance as noone else has pointed this out, good luck anyways

@tinkerbell91 its easier to read if you view the high res image as the thumbnail view isn't easy to read..
