However, there are a couple of issues you could fix, like the hair. If you use a small smudge brush or simply paint on thin strands of hair, the model won't look so "cut out".
thanks ponti55
i am really bad at cutting things out... that is why such a thing happened
hehehe
well i will try my best to fix it
and thanks again for the comment....
the cut is bad, but the idea is very good.
alright.... made some changes to the hair and some shades given...
hope now its looking better than before
Good idea. Use the pen tool or lasso tool to extract images for better results.
cutting with pen tool is easy but cutting out the hair with pen tool is time consuming... i searched the net for a good tutorial but no tutorial gave me a clear idea on how to achieve it... oh well for now this is the best i could have done... will try to do better in my next entry....
thanks
dunno what kind of ps ur using autor, but the newest ps cs5 has an option to refine the edges so u can do the hair. Just cut out the images with the pentool or lasso tool, go to the option bar and u see the option "refine edges". That will do the trick
thanks se7en0f9.....
i do not have cs5 but i am planning to buy it....
but thanks a lot for the information.....
thumbs up to you
Well, as a teleporting machine, it doesn't need to be hairy. Just use pen tool for selection and cut off unwanted parts!
hi author for hair more options there in cs3
1. use extract
2. magic ereser tool
3. use blending modes
4. as usual pentool
5. use channels
Nice!
Congrats
