Cool imagery and very creative, not sure if the transparency on the pencil is deliberate or not, dose look a little odd maybe make it more solid looking, and the drop shadows not working for me on the button possible remove it and add your own one on a different layer.
@Warlock: I've adjusted the button, the transparency on the pencil is deliberate, it's where reality and the hallucination blend
What's with the numbers at upper right? They distract from the image.
