I used the brush tool for shadow and highlight. (look at the climber's feet if you can't find the source)!

The frame is almost unnecessary, but nice work with the mood of the image.
Very convincing work on the shadows, nice masking of your sources especially those foot holds.
Most realistic image in the contest...even if i do think that the hand grips and foot holds are a little on the large side....
