Try to define the inside of the shoe better, give the edges of the upper part some thickness, and give the shoe a bit of shadow.

As CMYK said, at first look it's quite difficult to recognize that it's a shoe; try to shade inside part to define both sides.
The dark orange line that is bottem of the inside of the shoe should follow the contour of the shoe. thats whats throwing it off. if ya fixed that it would look great.
