not very vampirish
Would you like to improve the image? IMO, the first thing is adding a pair of fangs - as Tucker said, she's not very vampirish. I'd remove those "pimples" from her forehead, it's just distracting. And why using the texture? Vampires usually have a pale, but beautiful skin...

Looks more like Chucky's Bride than a vamp.
Um, reference the movie "Child's Play" if you are not familiar with Chucky.
