Very nice mood, but IMO I'd dispense that undereye makeup...
I like the title/concept, but the "oozing black eye" that CMYK46 references bothers me, too. And I think some shadows on her face might be more dramatic.
Good job making a "she" from a "he" source
. Imo the bat tattoo on the hand is a bit too sharp compared to the rest, maybe some blur would make it more real. Good luck!

The left eye really does look a bit odd, as CMYK suggested. I think you just over pushed with liquefy. Other than the fangs, it's just another portrait with fangs, IMO
