Nator, i considered leaving the film "scratch" look off, but i kinda liked how it gave an old photo feel to the finished product. If i get too many comments on its distraction, i'll likely remove it though.

Oh, for me it's very nice, it's moody! I love the coloring too.

I can see you wanting a scratchy texture on the creature, but not on the background. Like the creature, though...very enigmatic.

Okay, updated the image. took the scratch texture off most of the image, but left it on my creature.
blurred the filter i put over the background to get rid of rough scratches there as well.

Is it better now?
