Seeing a garbage bin repulses me. I wished people all around the world understood the importance of keeping our planet clean.
Everything but the stock mentioned was done by hand (as in swirls done with pen tool playing around with brush spacing, pen pressure, etc).

Everything looks good except where the bent pole meets the straight pole. It's all smudged up! Just make a selection of the pole and use the stamp tool to bring down the texture. Good luck.
