Nicely done, but maybe just make the reflection of Mr birdie there a tad more transparent and the motion blur less transparent .. just a tad... GL

Still can't really see the bird's movement, and your lighting is reversed, with the bird lit from above and behind right, while the table is lit from below and the left.
the light is a flash coming directly off the birds back and it's to late to fix it now (I was just concentrating on the motion of the piece)
