Very disturbing and beautiful...
Hands don't look like they're attached to the tree, and should have some bark texture. Good mood & color.
I agree with Bob, you have done well with the head, so just apply the same technicques to the hands and it'll look great.

@Ray: actually I didn't change the head so much, it's a kind of mummy sculpture. But I agree about the hands, so I applied some texture of the tree on them. I hope it's better now!
