barely finished this in time to post, and i haven't had time to finish an sbs.
basically just used source from the undiscovered contest as an overlay for the body forms. Used a filter on a layer of just hair to smooth it (paintdaubs) and then blurred the hair, dodged highlights, then used plastic wrap.

And why is this not getting more attention. Author, your attention to detail is absolutely breathtaking and your details, as well as sex appeal, well, this is definitely the hottest ice woman I'v e ever seen. IMO, this should be the winner!!
