thank goodness for cosplayers, or else i wouldn't have had the sources to do this.
Check sbs for background source image taken from my own stock.
Considering the images i used are not actually of the real batman and joker, i don't see any copyright infringement..and all the sources were up for creative commons.
I'm sure there are a few things i could fix, and would like constructive critiques to help me improve the image. Other than that, i really enjoyed making this one. (5 years and 3304 days ago)

Source 1 (batman) doe's not work..
thanks for the heads up. link is fixed now.
Looks great ....the batman source seems ok.... but unfortunately the only problem is that the Joker source has already been manipulated by Sabbath photography who posted it on Flickr.
Aside from the frame (which seems to be on a lot of stock photos) how else was it manipulated? The color and levels get adjusted on A LOT of stocks, so can't tell me that. And I am just trying to clear it up, no offense meant.
The author comments its a noise experiment.....not just the color and levels.
Thanks.
After much consideration and searching for another suitable source, I haven't found anything worth using for the joker. And now that this has been pulled, I likely won't be fixing that issue.
Adding noise to a photo in photo contests isn't considered "manipulation" as long as its applied to the whole image, yet using a source in a chop that has noise added to it is considered a premanipulated source. And more funny, but I had to take all the noise out tomake it half decent in the chop. It really doesn't make sense.
CHECK SBS for update on source of the JOker... i did correspond with sabbath photography, and found how they did the source.
adding noise is not a manipulation in the rules of the photography side of pxl, and there fore shouldn't be seen as manipulation when it comes to sources for chops. it is part of post processing, not manipulation.
Well done Author!
Rules allow minor adjustments of color to a source image. Noise is considered a manipulation because pixels are altered in the process. Since the noise adjustment was the only change made it is considered a small adjustment and it has been decided to be acceptable for this application.
Images are reviewed individually to determine the level of manipulation, every effort is made to be fair in these evaluations. If you have a doubt about a source choice you can ask a moderator before posting your entry.
Idea is nice author, but IMO would be better without ruins...U could place whole scene in some street that could remind on Gotham city...GL
Howdie stranger!
