This a kinda neat atmosphere, but the the girl is almost one story tall. I think she'd be much better at about 1/2 that size.
I disagree with ping - i think the concept goes like this: In the future people grew up to 5 metres, they were eating too much & couldn't fit in the small bathrooms, so wars started, etc.
I wonder how many days a young,hot, barefeeted chick can last in a post-apocalyptic landscape.

Tip: use diff. layers for rain, with diff. motion blur settings (smaller -longer lines).
