author... just a suggestion.. if you passed a very soft BLUR brush around the edges.. you'd get rid of the sharpness of the masking... and duplication the trees to make them a bit more solid would be kinda neat to see.. but it is your vision.. and as always.. IMHO... also (sorry) pay close attention to the angle of the disk the statue is standing on.. you may want to distort the disk so it matches the horizon line (use distort and perspective. just isolate the disk and play with it)...
ack.. sorry.. I hate being bossy but I really like the concept you have going here and just want to help
Nice one, but as Drivenslush said, if you soften the edges of the statue it would be better. Also, I noticed that the foot of the statue looks transparent while the rest of the statue is not.
About the tree in front of the moon, you could make it look more solid, because as it is now it looks like as if a transparent moon is in front of the tree. Even in fog, tree branches look darker inside the disk of the moon.
