The contrast is too high, with so much white overdominating the image. It's very hard to see and appreciate the rest of the image. Beautiful colors, what I can see of them.

This gives me a feeling of invasion of insects more so then celebration. I think there just might be too many of them. This is just my opinion and serves only as a thought for your next art work. Otherwise great idea = )
