Good blending of the animals, however the colouring and lighting seem all over the place to me. Other thing I noticed straight away is that the animal looks as though it is standing above the grass, not amoungst it

This is a great idea! I have to agree with Keily22 when he said that the Giraffe looked like it was standing above the grass. The bottom of the Giraffe legs should have a shadow or clone the grass up or something.
There is also a highlight under his neck that could disapear but I'm nitpicking.
I really like this.
