Nice idea! I must nitpick and way that there are some masking issues that must be addressed. The coat isn't fully painted on the right side, the hair is painted over the coat and the hat is painted over the hair. Fix those areas and I will stop nitpicking. Good luck!

now i mad sharper edges by the layermasks, more hair ^^ and fixes some issues by the hat..
