There wasn't very much done to this photo. You could have accentuated the drool a bit to add an extra flair

Sometimes u dont have to change that much to get a funny caricature, but i accentuated the drool,wanted to do that myself, looked funny, and the hair

must agree with happyme27... not much work done, the photo id simply liquefied nd the hair smudged...

ok made a few adjustments, made the cheeks bigger, and the space between the nose and mouth with copy and past and transform tool

thx erathion for ur kind words i needed that lol, i indeed changed the whole kids head including the cheeks and ears and maybe it wasnt that kind of much work but its the execution that counts and the end result
