I like this, has great potential, I think if you work on the masking and the blending of the penguins and the brush they are standing in, it would help polish it up. Good idea nice looking piece, good luck.

have to blend the penguins colors, shading (more blurry or with the sun-ray colors) so that the whole picture look more complete
