I would suggest you bloat her bottom a bit.. to get rid of the straight floor line (Only if you want too

the bottom got flat as i did distort wave filter to create a kind of distort underwater feeling, there for i thing that for now ill keep it like this.
Overall I really like this image! The only thing that is bothering me is...if she is underwater, you wouldn't see drops of water on the plants. I also agree with Drivenslush. I understand what effect you were going for but IMO it looks off. Good luck!
