Perhaps you want to try make it look as if you watch the ship thru the window of a ship cus as it is now the waterdrops seem as they are on glass. that would work if you see the frame of the window

#agree with cmyk... the waterdrops dont look very realistic. mabye a more realistic water splash texture would work here however good job on the blendings, nice mood with a surreal touch!

My imagination was seeing this like The Brazilian Dog Fish was stuck on the window of a boat, sort of like a bug on a windshield. It still works for me, the water drops blurred now that is.
