A duck made of glass...
For glassy effect I followed partially this tut: http://www.pxleyes.com/tutorial/photoshop/2206/A-Quick-and-Simple-Way-to-Make-Any-Object-Transparent.html
For refraction: selection of the glassy duck, copy and paste of the backward objects, and application of effects of distortion (pinch) on them.
